Gm Organic Sugar Private Limited

Up on the second floor of Pamadi Towers, at No. 23 on Gandhinagar First Main Road, is where we keep our office for Gm Organic Sugar Private Limited. It’s a typical office building setup, so it’s a bit different from a farm or a warehouse. We spend most of our time here on the phones or on the computer, talking to the mills and the buyers. Working with organic sugar is a lot more complicated than people think because you have to track everything from the field to the bag. It keeps us busy. The street outside, First Main Road, is always crowded with traffic, so it can be a bit noisy if the windows are open. We’ve got a small crew in this office. Some of us have been here since we started, and we’ve just figured things out as we went along. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just sit around the main table and talk about what needs to be shipped out that week. It’s a straightforward business. We focused on sugar because it’s something everyone uses, and having an organic option seemed like a good idea. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a marketing team. We just make sure the sugar gets from the source to the customer without any problems. It’s an honest way to spend the day and we like the work we do.
