Garg Kirana Store

Located in the industrial area of Vithalapur, our kirana store is right at the Char Rasta near Mandala Road. It is a busy spot because of all the factories and units nearby. Workers usually stop by early in the morning before their shifts start or late in the evening when they are finally heading home. We sell the basic stuff like flour, pulses, cooking oil, and various spices. The shelves are always being restocked because things move pretty fast here with the daily crowd. It is a practical kind of shop with no decorations, just the items people need for their kitchens and daily lives. Since it is an industrial zone, there are always heavy trucks passing by and a fair bit of noise from the main road. We stay open long hours to make sure the guys working the different shifts can get what they need. Sometimes the floor gets a bit muddy when it rains because of the heavy traffic and construction outside. We just sweep it out and keep going about our business. We do not have a big staff, so we take turns behind the wooden counter. It gets very hot in the summer with the sun hitting the front of the shop, but we have a small fan that helps a little bit. People mostly come in with their handwritten lists and we pull things from the back. It is a straightforward job keeping the supplies from running out for the families living nearby.
