Front Office Assistand

We are located right opposite Hillwood School in the G.I.D.C Electronic Estate. It is in Sector-25 of Gandhinagar. The area is full of different businesses, but we are easy to spot if you know the school. Being a front office assistant means I spend a lot of time near the door. The cell phone 09723235902 is usually right there on the desk if it is not in my hand. It gets a bit noisy during the school drop-off times with all the traffic outside. Our office is simple and functional. There is a chair that squeaks a bit when I sit down, and a calendar on the wall that we keep updated. We don't have fancy artwork or expensive furniture. It is mostly just a place for work and answering the phone. I try to stay on top of the messages that come in. Sometimes I have to step out to run an errand in the estate, but I am usually back quickly. It is a practical job in a practical part of the city. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It is just me and a couple of others keeping the front desk running. We drink our tea while looking out at the street. It is a good way to see what is happening in the neighborhood and greet the neighbors who walk past.
