Here, things are a little slower and more personal, which we like. Fourson Realty Limited is run right from this spot. We don't have a big glass front or a receptionist sitting at a desk like some of those city places. It is more of a local operation where we know the neighbors and the people walking by on the street. Most of our work involves real estate in the surrounding area, so we spend a lot of time out and about looking at different spots. When we are at the desk, we are usually catching up on all the forms and registrations that need to be filed. It can be a lot of paper to keep track of, but we do our best. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing you would stop and stare at. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Some days it’s just one or two of us here, and other days it gets a bit busier if someone drops by to talk for a while. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on being here and doing the work that needs doing every day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but we stay busy enough with the realty stuff.
