We’re located in Sector 16 of Gandhinagar, specifically at 98/3. If you know how the sectors are laid out here, it’s not too hard to find us. Gandhinagar is a pretty organized place, which helps when we’re trying to coordinate all our construction work. At Essar Constructions (India) . Ltd, we’ve been working out of this office for quite some time. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our files, a few desks, and usually a lot of coffee going to keep us moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy from being out on the sites anyway. Being in the capital of Gujarat means there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We keep our team small and focused on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the phone lines go down or the rain slows us down, but that’s just life in the building trade. We talk to people plainly and tell them what’s possible and what isn't. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just take the plans and try to turn them into something solid. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger government project, we just take it one step at a time. It’s a regular job for us, and we’re glad to be doing it right here in Sector 16.
