Essar Constructions India Limited

Essar Constructions India Limited is run out of Akshardham Apartments, specifically unit B-204. We are located near Akotagarden in Baroda, which is in Gujarat State. It's a personal sort of setup, linked to the family of the late K.V. Ramanayya. We use this space to manage all the construction work we do around the city. Baroda is a place with a lot of history and we feel like we are a small part of its growth. The apartment is usually full of files and phone calls about cement or labor. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us working through the details of our projects. Being near Akotagarden is nice because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We find that people prefer dealing with us directly rather than going through a big faceless company. Our days are mostly spent coordinating between different sites and making sure things are moving forward. It’s a lot of juggling, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always get the work done. We’ve been operating this way for quite some time now. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up and do the construction work that's needed in the local area. If you need us, B-204 at Akshardham is where you'll find the team.
