Essar Construction (India) Ltd.

Our base is in Sector 24, over in Shrinagar Society in Gandhinagar. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here for a while now, running our construction business. We handle a lot of the local building needs, whether it's residential or something else. Our office isn't anything special, just a place for us to sit down and figure out the budgets and the schedules. Most of the day, we are out in the sun at the sites, making sure everything is being built the way it's supposed to be. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't go in for fancy presentations or polished speeches. We just talk to people plainly about what needs to be done and how much it’s going to cost. The team here at Essar Construction (India) Ltd. is made up of people who have been in the trade for years. We’ve seen Gandhinagar expand and we’ve been part of that growth in our own small way. There are always challenges, like finding good help or dealing with material shortages, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s not always a smooth process, but we stay until the work is finished. That’s just how we do things around here in Sector 24. We aren't interested in sounding corporate, we just want to make sure the foundation is solid and the walls are straight before we call it a day.
