Patidar Flour Industries

Down in the GIDC area at 304/B/K-1, things are always a bit dusty. That is just what happens when you run a flour mill. The machines make a lot of noise, a constant low rumble that you eventually stop hearing after an hour or two. We deal with various grains, mostly wheat, and the air always feels a bit heavy with the smell of crushed seeds. It is a big shed with high ceilings, and we have bags stacked up almost to the roof some days. Moving those heavy sacks keeps everyone tired. We get trucks coming in early in the morning and leaving late in the evening. There is no real glamour in this business, just hard work and keeping the grinders sharp. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day covered in grease trying to fix it. The neighbors are all industrial shops too, so it is a busy environment with lots of activity. We have been part of this industrial estate for a while now. Most of the guys working here live nearby and walk to the mill. We don't do much advertising because the work speaks for itself through the flour we produce. It is just us, the grain, and the machines, day after day, making sure the orders are ready on time.
