Balaji Agrotech Industries

We’ve been here at Plot 107 in the GIDC area for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly full of trucks and people moving things around. Balaji Agrotech Industries isn't a fancy place, just a regular workshop where we handle agrotech stuff every day. The morning starts early here because the heat gets pretty bad by noon. Most of our guys have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we all just sit outside and talk for a bit. It’s part of the life here. We don’t have a big office or anything, just a small cabin with a desk that’s always covered in papers. People stop by to ask about parts or just to see how the work is going. We try to keep things organized but in an industrial zone like this, there is always some dust or noise. It gets loud when all the units are running at once. My father started this and now I spend most of my time making sure the orders are ready on time. We don't do much advertising, mostly people just know us from being around the GIDC for so long. It’s a simple way of working, really. We just show up, do the job, and go home when it’s finished. Nothing more to it than that.
