Creative Thermosets

We’re out in Rakanpur at Plot No. 543/5/9. We are right across from the V.I.P. Club and just behind Care Corrupack Ltd. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where the industrial plots are. At Creative Thermosets, we manufacture plastic parts using heat and pressure. The name sounds a bit scientific, but the work is mostly just hot and heavy. The factory floor is the heart of the place. We have these big machines that run most of the day. It’s a noisy environment, so we all have to speak up. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just wander into the office area and wait for one of us to notice. We’re a small team, and most of us live in Taluka Kalol or nearby. We don't have a big corporate structure. We just have a production schedule that we try to stick to. Some days the molds don't work right and we have to spend hours tweaking them. It can be frustrating, but that’s the nature of the job. We have a small area outside where we sit during breaks. There’s not much of a view, just more factories and the road. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We’re just making parts that other companies need for their products. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy most days of the week.
