We are based in Gandhinagar, inside the GIDC Electronics Estate at Sector 25. Our building is B-24, and you might see the PCBPOWER sign if you're driving through the estate. Gandhinagar is a lot quieter and greener than Ahmedabad, but the industrial area still has its own rhythm. The facility here is where all the board work happens. It’s a mix of high-tech rooms and regular old workshop spaces. Circuit Systems India Ltd. isn't a new name around here; we’ve been part of this estate for quite a while. Inside, there is a constant sound of drilling and the smell of various materials used in the shop. We have a lot of people working on different stages of the boards, from the initial layout to the final checks. It’s not a glamorous job. The lights are bright, the floors are grey, and everyone is usually wearing a lab coat or a uniform. We have a small canteen area where we grab tea and talk about anything except work for twenty minutes. The paperwork piles up on the desks just like anywhere else. We don't have a fancy reception area with a water feature or anything like that. It’s just a place where we make boards. The focus is on the machines and the output, making sure everything is moving through the line as it should be.
