Circuit Systems (India) Limited

Our place is at B-24 in the GIDC Electronics Estate in Sector 25. If you've ever been to this part of the estate, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of technical work. We’ve been here in this building for quite a bit, and it’s become like a second home for most of us. The mornings are usually the best time because it’s a bit quieter before all the machines start running full tilt. We work with circuit systems, which means a lot of detailed looking at things and making sure connections are right. It’s not the kind of work you can rush, even when there are deadlines piling up. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick building with a lot of wires and boards inside. We have a small area where we take our breaks and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. Sometimes the rainy season makes the roads around the estate a bit messy, but we still make it in. We don't bother with a lot of corporate talk or big presentations. Most of the people we deal with just want to know if we can do the job, and we show them what we've got. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work well enough for everyone involved here.
