Real Engineers Boilers is at 41, Dholeshwar Ind. Estate in Changodar. It is right near the Super Gas Godown on the Bavla Highway. Most days we are just focused on the work right in front of us. The workshop gets pretty loud sometimes but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or decorations. It is a very practical setup where the tools and the boilers take up most of the room. We just do what needs doing with the equipment. Some of the guys have been working here for years and they know these machines inside out. It is not a hard place to find if you are coming down the highway. We mostly deal with local folks and other companies around the estate. There is usually a pot of tea going if you happen to stop by. It's a regular industrial spot without any frills. We try to keep things moving so we don't get a backlog. Not much more to say really. We just come in early, get to it, and head home when the sun goes down. The heat in Ahmedabad can be something else in the peak of summer, especially when you are working near the metal. But we manage. It’s just how things are at our unit. We keep the floor tidy enough to work safely. The neighbors at the estate are mostly doing the same thing. No big speeches or fancy promises.
