Shahjanand Grah Udhyog

We operate out of Vinayak City in the Chandlodiya area. It is more of a home-style setup than a big factory with lots of machines. We make things like snacks and traditional food items that people use in their own kitchens every day. It is mostly family members and a few neighbors who come by to help out with the prep. The kitchen is always busy, and there is always something being dried or ground up in the back. We do not have a big storefront for people to browse. Customers just come to the door or we send stuff out to the local shops nearby. It is a bit crowded with all the containers and raw materials stacked up in the rooms. The smell of roasting flour or spices is something you just get used to after a while. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves instead of working for someone else's company. It is a lot of manual work, like hand-sorting the grains and packing the small plastic bags. We do not use much fancy machinery, mostly just the same stuff you would find in any large kitchen. Chandlodiya is a quiet enough area, but our little corner is always humming with some kind of activity. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things to the balcony. We are not looking to become a giant company. We just want to make good stuff.
