Cadila Healthcare Limited

Cadila Healthcare Limited is based in Zydus Tower on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway. This is right at the Satellite Cross Road. The tower is a pretty big landmark in this part of Ahmedabad. Being on the highway means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day long. Inside, it's a large office with many different floors and departments. We spend most of our time at our cubicles or in the breakroom. It’s a bit different from the smaller offices because it feels more spread out. The air conditioning is always running because the Ahmedabad heat can be quite something. We have a lot of meetings about various healthcare projects. The lobby is quite spacious, but once you get to the work areas, it’s just desks and computers. We often eat lunch in the cafeteria or walk to some nearby spots if we have time. The commute along the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway can be long depending on where you live. Some days the work is repetitive, just entering data or reviewing documents. We have people from all over the city working here. It’s a busy atmosphere and you always see someone walking quickly to a meeting. We don't really think about the size of the company much, we just focus on the individual tasks on our desks. It’s a steady place to work with a lot of regular faces. We just try to get through the day.
