Bhagyoday Traders (Chandlodia)

You can find Bhagyoday Traders right at the Khodiyar Nagar Corner, basically where the over bridge ends near the Chandlodia Bus Stand. It is a very busy spot because of the bridge and all the buses coming through all day long. We started this place in Chandlodia to be right in the middle of all that activity. The shop is full of various items we trade, and honestly, it gets a bit cluttered sometimes when a new shipment arrives. We spend our mornings moving heavy bags or crates to make room for customers to walk in. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, so we have to speak up a bit when we are talking to people. It’s a practical kind of place where we focus on getting things done rather than making everything look perfect. Usually, there are two or three of us working here, trying to keep track of what is in stock and what needs to be reordered. The weather affects us a lot because when it rains, the area near the bridge gets a bit muddy, but we just keep the doors open and carry on. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years as more buildings went up around us. We are just a local trading shop trying to stay busy and helpful to the people who stop by while they are out running errands or waiting for their bus to arrive at the corner.
