Bergwerff Organic India Pvt. Ltd.

Our company, Bergwerff Organic India Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No.C-33-38 in the SEZ, Phase -1, Sector 3. It’s a large industrial area, so it’s quite different from a regular neighborhood shop. We have several plots joined together to make enough space for our operations. Even though we are in a Special Economic Zone, the work is still very much hands-on. We spend our days managing the flow of organic materials through our facility. There is a lot of paperwork because of the location and the nature of what we handle. The building is a big functional structure with high ceilings and a lot of metal shelves. It can get quite hot in the summer months inside the warehouse. We have a crew that comes in shifts to keep things moving. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or advertising. We are mostly focused on the logistics of moving goods from one point to another. Being in Sector 3 means we are surrounded by other big companies, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. We have been at this plot for a good while. Our routine is pretty set. We start early, check the inventory, and make sure the shipments are loaded correctly. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve managed to get a good system going over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus.
