Basant Group

Our setup is over at 62 Umiya Nagar Society, near Sector 2 in Nirnaynagar. Being in Ahmedabad, it gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day. This group handles a variety of things, and the office is usually a bit of a mess with different folders for different tasks. We’ve been part of this society for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical space. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for storage, and a calendar that’s always marked up with dates we need to remember. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. The focus is just on the work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. If the phone rings and the person supposed to answer it is busy, someone else just grabs it. It’s that kind of place. We don't have big meetings with long speeches. We just talk over tea and figure out what the plan is for the week. It’s a very local way of doing business, rooted right here in Nirnaynagar. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the paperwork and the daily responsibilities that come our way without overcomplicating things for ourselves or anyone else.
