AVA METROPOLIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLP

If you find yourself near the Vaishno Devi Circle, you’ve probably seen the Adani Shantigram area. That’s where AVA Metropolis Management Services is located, specifically in the La Marina section. We’re up on the third floor of the B1 wing in the Water Lily building. It’s quite a modern spot compared to some of the older parts of town. We handle a lot of the management side of things from here. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out, or phones ringing about various service requests. Being part of an LLP means we all sort of chip in where it's needed. Sometimes the traffic around the circle gets a bit much during rush hour, but once you’re inside the Shantigram gates, things calm down a lot. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more people move into these blocks. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just show up and handle the management services that people expect from us. There’s usually a lot of scheduling and coordinating going on. We keep a kettle in the corner for when the afternoons get long. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy decorations, just what we need to get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s just how we operate. Most days are about checking boxes and making sure everything runs.
