We’ve been here at B- 21 in the GIDC Electric Estate for quite some time now. If you know the area near Madhur Dairy in Sector 25, you probably pass us often without thinking much of it. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always noise from machines and trucks moving things around throughout the day. Our team starts early, usually when the morning air is still a bit cool. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. Sometimes it gets dusty, and the tea break is the highlight of the afternoon. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything leaving the door is solid. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, do the tasks, and go home to our families. The location is convenient for us because of the transport links, even if the roads get a bit crowded near the dairy during peak hours. It’s a busy life here in the estate, but we like the pace. Every day brings something slightly different, whether it's a small fix or a bigger job that takes all our attention. We’re just local people trying to stay busy and keep the lights on.
