You can find us up on the first floor of Haveli Arched, at No. 113 on Ch Road in Sector 11. It’s a small space but we make it work for everything we do. Mostly, we deal with phones, recharges, and fixing small connection issues for people in the neighborhood. It gets quite lively in here, especially when folks are stopping by after work. We aren't a massive store with bright lights and tons of staff. It’s just us here, making sure people can stay in touch with their families and do their business. Sometimes a phone screen is cracked or a SIM card isn't working right, so we take a look and see what can be done. It’s a bit of a mess of wires and chargers behind the counter sometimes, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in Sector 11 for a while and we like the crowd here. It’s mostly just regular people looking for a simple fix or a new plan. We don't try to sell anyone things they don't need. If we can't fix something, we just say so. It’s better to be honest about it. We keep a small stock of accessories too, like covers and cables. It’s just a basic shop meant to help out with the everyday tech stuff people use. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help today. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but everyone finds us eventually.
