Our place is out in Sector 25, over at the Electronic Estate. We occupy B-13 and the units next to it. It’s a typical GIDC area, so it’s very industrial and spread out. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we can do our work. Inside, it's mostly rows of workstations and some assembly areas. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies or expensive furniture. We'd rather just have the right tools for the job. The area can be a bit quiet compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. There’s plenty of space for deliveries and pickups. We have a team that’s been together for a long time, so we all know our roles. We don't really have big meetings or corporate retreats. We just show up in the morning, have our tea, and get to it. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is common out here, so we just deal with it and move on. It’s a practical environment. People who come to visit us usually know the GIDC layout, so they don't get lost too often. We just keep things moving and try to stay productive. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. That’s pretty much how things go for us every day in Sector 25.
