We are over in the Karelibaugh area of Baroda, specifically at the Shreeji Hostel in Puspkunj Society. Moti Lal Verma looks after things here. It is a lively place to be stationed. We occupy a space within the hostel building to manage our Vadodara operations for Apollo Tyres. It might seem like an unusual spot for a tyre company office, but it works for what we need. It is central and easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. The noise from the crossroads is something you just get used to after a couple of days. We do not have any fancy decorations or big glass windows. It is just a room with what we need to work. We spend our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The atmosphere is very informal. You will see local tea stalls nearby where we usually grab a quick drink during breaks. It is a real, working-class neighborhood. If you are coming through Sangam Char Rasta, you cannot miss the area. We just blend in with the rest of the local businesses and the daily flow of life in Karelibaugh. It is honest work in a busy part of town, and we like it that way.
