You can find Amtech Businesspagesctronics (India) Ltd over at E-6 in the GIDC businesspagesctronic zone. It is a pretty large area, and we have been tucked away in this spot for several years. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other companies doing similar things, so there is always a sense of movement and industry around us. The building itself is straightforward, just concrete and glass like everything else on this street. Inside, it’s a mix of workstations and storage. We have some older machines that still run perfectly fine, along with some newer stuff we’ve picked up over time. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the week when shipments are arriving or leaving. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos from office parties. The lighting is those long tube lights that hum a little bit if you listen closely. We have a small canteen area where we eat lunch, usually bringing tiffins from home. It’s a steady environment. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just come in, handle the electronics work, and make sure things are moving along. The guards at the gate know us by name since we’ve been here so long. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone knows what they need to do.
