Ambica Caterers

We’ve been running Ambica Caterers for a while now from our spot at Plot No 306/A/2 in Sector-8. It’s right there in Mangalmurti Park. Honestly, we just like making food that people actually want to eat at their parties or small get-togethers. It started out small, just helping out some neighbors, and then it grew because word got around. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. Most of the time we are just busy in the kitchen or loading up the van to get to an event on time. Sometimes it gets really hectic, especially during the wedding season, but we manage to get things done. We know how important it is for the food to be hot when it arrives. There’ve been days when the traffic near Sector-8 was a nightmare, but we always find a way through the back lanes. We don't use any pre-made stuff if we can help it. Everything is prepared fresh because that’s just how we learned to do it. If you walk past Mangalmurti Park, you might smell what we're cooking. We aren't trying to be the biggest catering company in the world. We just want to make sure the people who hire us are happy and full. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing a clean plate is a good feeling. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know what the local tastes are. It's just us, doing our thing every day.
