Alpha Agro Impex Llp

We are based out of Dehgam, which is a bit quieter than the big cities. Our address is 10/5 in Vrundavan Society. It’s a mix of a residential feel and our workspace. Alpha Agro Impex has been part of this village community for a while, and the Taluka of Deh Gam is where most of our local connections are. Working from a society means we know our neighbors and they know us. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass building. It’s just a practical setup where we can manage our agro exports. A lot of our time is spent talking to local growers and figuring out the logistics of moving their goods. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here which can be annoying when we need to send out documents, but we manage. The team is small, just a handful of people who grew up around here. We don't have a human resources department or any of that; we just talk to each other if there’s a problem. It’s a simple way of doing business. On most days, you’ll find us sitting around a small table with some tea, going over the week's plans. It’s honest work and we like being in Dehgam rather than being stuck in a crowded city center. It feels more connected to the land we are working with.
