Alexa Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Plot No. 1151 in Santej, right on Ranchhodpura Road. If you know the area, we are pretty close to Anand Health Care Ltd., which is a good landmark because sometimes people get lost looking for us in Ta. Kalol. We work with polymers, which means the machines are running pretty much all the time. It’s noisy and smells like plastic, but that’s the nature of the work. We've got a decent-sized team here, mostly locals from around the Kalol area who know their way around the machinery. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it tricky for the delivery trucks, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the raw materials and the molding process. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long, especially when we have a big batch to finish. We just focus on the production and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office is just a small room off to the side where we handle the paperwork. It’s not much to look at, but it works for us. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we’re still here doing the same thing. Just a regular factory doing regular work every single day, right near the health care center.
