We’ve been in Ahmedabad for a long time, and being out here in Odhav suits us just fine. It’s a working-class vibe, which matches how we operate. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just regular folks who know a lot about engineering. If a machine breaks or a design needs fixing, we’re the ones looking at it. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and notebooks, but we know where everything is. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but that’s just how we work. We focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the heat. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we just keep the fans going and stay busy until it's time to head home. We just do the work and then leave.
