Our office is at Plot No. B-63 in the G.I.D.C. Electronics Estate, over in Sector-25. Being in an electronics estate means it is a bit quieter than a heavy machinery zone, but we still keep busy. Adithi Circuits And Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our hours staring at small parts and circuit designs. The building is a typical G.I.D.C. structure with those wide windows. We have set up the benches to get the most light possible. Sector-25 is a bit of a trek from the main residential areas, so most of us commute together or bring our own bikes. The security guard at the estate entrance knows us by name now. Inside, we keep things as clean as we can, though there is always some clutter of wires and soldering irons. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria; we just eat at our desks or go to the small canteen nearby. The air conditioning is necessary here to keep the components from getting too hot. It is a straightforward place. We don't do much in terms of fancy meetings; we just talk over the work as we do it. The street outside is usually lined with parked scooters. It is a functional spot where we focus on the electronics and the deadlines. The stairs are a bit steep if you are carrying heavy boxes up and down.
