Our workplace is at 816/5 in the Kothari Industrial Estate, located along the Rakanpur-Santaj Road in Santej. This area falls under the Kalol taluka, and it is very much an industrial zone. You can see smoke from other factories and hear the constant hum of machines in the distance. We deal with controls here at Adinath. The workshop is a large, open space where we put together control panels and test out different systems. It is not the cleanest place, as there is always some dust from the road and bits of wire and metal on the floor. We have a small office tucked into one side where the paperwork happens. The furniture is a bit old and the chairs creak, but it gets the job done. Working out in Santej means we are away from the main city buzz, which has its own pace. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, making the commute a bit of a mess. We have been based in this estate for several years. Our days are filled with technical drawings and assembly work. There is no big marketing team here; it is just us, the engineers and technicians. We handle the day-to-day problems as they come up and try to keep things running smoothly. It is a practical, no-frills kind of operation where the work itself is what matters most. We just show up and do what needs doing.
