We’ve been operating out of Manjalpur for quite some time now. Our place is at E/80 in the Shreejidhan Society, right near Shantikunj No 1. Vadodara is a good city for this kind of work, though it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with papers and transducer parts. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family setup. Most of us have been here for years. We spend our days dealing with technical specs and making sure everything is calibrated right. It’s not the kind of job that looks good in a movie, but it’s important for the machines our clients use. The society where we’re located is mostly quiet, which is nice. Sometimes we have to explain to delivery drivers exactly how to find us because the house numbers can be a bit confusing. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of our tools are old but they still work perfectly fine. We just focus on getting the job done without making a lot of noise about it. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even if the desk looks like a mess sometimes. It’s a local business through and through and we like being part of the community here.
