Welspun Gujarat Sahl Rohern Ltd has its setup here in Pachora. We are at 34A in Mansingaka Nagar which is part of the Jalgaon district in Maharashtra. It is a bit of a drive to get here from the bigger cities but it is where our work is based. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a practical space where we can get our heads down and work. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for quite some time now. We know each other's habits and how we like our coffee. The weather in Jalgaon can get really hot in the summer so we keep the fans going all day. There is always a lot of coming and going with different people visiting for various bits of business. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is. Most of the day is spent checking schedules and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of coordination between the different departments. Mansingaka Nagar is a decent area and we have good relations with the people around us. We are just a local branch doing what needs to be done. It is not always perfect and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deliveries are late but we manage. That’s just life in a busy business like this one and we are fine with it.
