Universal Agencies

Our office is in room 203, which is part of Plot No. 300 over in Ward 12b here in Gandhidham. Universal Agencies is not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle distribution and agency work for different products. We have been in this spot for a while now, and it suits us just fine. The room is usually filled with samples, ledgers, and a couple of desks where we sit and handle the daily orders. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries that are supposed to arrive. Gandhidham is a big hub for this kind of work, so there is always something moving. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that; it is just us answering the phones and making sure the customers get what they ordered. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and the stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much in the summer heat, but we are used to it. We know most of our clients by their first names because we have been doing business with them for years. It is a simple operation, really. We show up in the morning, do the paperwork, make our calls, and head home when the work is done. It is not glamorous, but it is honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
