Uma Marine Services

Uma Marine Services is over at Plot No. 310 in Sector 1. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re right near the Ashadeep Eyes Hospital and directly opposite the TVS Showroom. Being in Sector 1 is convenient for us since it’s close to where most of our work happens. Our place is more of a practical base than a fancy office. We have a lot of tools and maritime equipment lying around because that’s what we do. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment. We spend a lot of time out at the docks or on ships, but this is where we coordinate everything. The team is small, mostly people who have been around boats and engines for most of their lives. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll likely find us in our work clothes. We talk plainly and don't use much jargon unless it’s about the actual machinery. If a job takes all night, we stay until it’s finished. That’s just the way it works in marine services. We’ve built up a lot of trust with the locals and the ship owners over the years. We aren't interested in being a big corporation with branches everywhere. We like being right here in Sector 1 where we can see the TVS showroom from our front door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We just do what we say we’re going to do and leave it at that. It's just how we get through the day and get things done.
