We are based in the P P Plaza, up on the second floor in room 205. The building is on Plot No. 314, Ward No. 12-B. It’s a standard office setup for Ultra Shipping Pvt. Ltd. We deal with a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers. Shipping is a lot of waiting for phones to ring and checking where containers are. The plaza is usually full of other businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going in the hallways. Our office isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the computers we need. We’ve been in this ward for a while. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just daily life here. We handle the logistics and make sure the documents are right. It’s not exciting, but it’s what we do. We drink a lot of tea and look at spreadsheets. The neighborhood is mostly commercial. We’ve got a good view of the street from the second floor. Nothing fancy about our operations. We just try to stay on top of the schedules. It’s a lot of coordination. We’re just a small team trying to keep things moving. You find us there most weekdays, just doing the regular shipping office routine. It gets a bit hectic when a shipment is late, but we manage. That’s just the way the shipping world works for us. It is simple but busy.
