We are located over at Rishabh Corner on Tagore Road. It is a pretty well-known spot in Sector No. 8, especially being so close to the Gymkhana. Our office is in room 217. It’s usually a bit quiet in the mornings before the phones start ringing. We do a lot of technical work here, looking at drawings and checking the local rules for building in Gandhidham. Kachchh has its own specific way of doing things, and we’ve been part of it for years. The team is small, mostly just a few people who have worked together for a long time. We know the roads and the plots around here like the back of our hands. Sometimes we go over to the Gymkhana for a break, but mostly we are stuck at our desks. The office is full of rolls of paper and old project files. We don’t really do any fancy promotion. Most people find us because someone they know told them we were reliable. It's a lot of practical, day-to-day coordination between owners and builders. We deal with the headaches so other people don't have to. The traffic on Tagore Road can get a bit much during lunch, but that is just part of living in this town. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door at number 217. It takes a lot of patience to get everything done.
