Shridhar Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 15, Ward 10-A, in Gandhidham-Kachchh. We have been operating here for a good while now. Because we deal with minerals, the office and the yard always seem to have a bit of sand and grit everywhere you look. We have different samples of rocks and minerals sitting on the windowsills and piled up on the shelves. It is not a shiny showroom; it is just a place where we get our work done. The weather here in Gandhidham can be quite harsh, especially when the wind starts blowing the dust around. We have a small staff and we have all worked together for years. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking on shipments down at the port or the rail yard. We do not use any fancy business talk here. We just tell people the truth about what is happening. If a shipment is going to be late, we just call and say so. The front door squeaks every time someone walks through it, and the clock on the wall is always five minutes fast. We keep it that way so we are never late for our lunch break. It is just a practical way to work. My own desk is a total disaster of notebooks and stone samples, but I know where every single item is located. It is a regular company in a busy town.
