Shree Soaps Chemical Industries

Shree Soaps Chemical Industries has its packing division at Plot No. 165 in Sector 1-a. We are right across from Navneet Gas and pretty close to Gokul Agencies in Gandhidham, Kachchh. It is a dry and dusty part of the country, but we have made our home here. This packing division is where all the soap and chemical products get boxed up. There is usually a faint smell of soap in the air, which isn't too bad compared to some other industrial smells. We have a lot of crates and cardboard boxes moving in and out every day. The plot is a decent size, and we have been here long enough that the truck drivers don't need a map anymore. Gandhidham is a busy hub, and being in Sector 1-a keeps us near the main action. Our building is practical. We have some high ceilings to keep the heat from being too much and plenty of space for the packing lines. Sometimes the wind from the Rann brings in a lot of salt and sand, so we are always sweeping the floors. It’s just a group of local people working to get the shipments out on time. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Just a small desk near the gate where people sign in. It’s a busy life, but we like the routine of the packing division and the people who work here every day.
