Our shop is tucked away in the Mani Complex, specifically shop number 114. If you know Plot 84 in Sector 8, then you know where we are. It’s a decent spot in Gandhidham, right in the middle of everything. We spend most of our time dealing with concrete, bricks, and labor schedules. The office is usually a mess of site maps and half-empty tea cups. It’s a small space, so things get crowded when the whole crew is in at once. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. We prefer being out where the actual work happens. Kachchh weather is tough on the equipment, so we spend a good chunk of time just maintaining what we have. People around Sector 8 know us as the guys who are always coming and going in dusty trucks. Sometimes we stay late to finish up quotes or talk to suppliers. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We have a couple of fans running constantly to keep the heat down, though they mostly just move the warm air around. The Mani Complex gets pretty loud during the day with all the other businesses running, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure everything stays on track without too much trouble for anyone involved.
