We are located in Gandhidham at Shop No. D - 63. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. The shop has been in the family for a while and we don't see much reason to change how it looks. We have some heavy wooden counters and shelves that have seen better days but they still hold up the stock just fine. Gandhidham is a place that can get very dusty, so we are always cleaning. We sell a variety of things that people in the neighborhood might need for their daily work or homes. It’s not a huge place, so when we get a big shipment, it can be a bit of a squeeze to get everything inside and put away. I usually sit near the door to catch whatever breeze comes through. The neighbors are good people and we often share news over a cup of tea in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just keep the door open for light. We don't have any fancy computer systems for our sales, just a simple book and a pen. It is a slow and steady way of doing things, but it works for us. Most of the people who come in have been our customers for many years and we know them by name. My grandfather started this place and I just keep it going as best as I can every single day. Even when it is quiet, there is always something to sweep.
