Shailja Shipping

Out here in Gandhidham, specifically in Sapna Nagar at B-644, Nu-4, we handle the daily grind of Shailja Shipping. It is a busy kind of life, mostly dealing with the ports nearby and the big trucks that move through the city roads all the time. Our office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and answer the phones when they ring. Gandhidham is a place that never really sleeps because of the shipping industry, so we are always keeping an eye on the clock and the schedules. There is usually a lot of tea being drank throughout the day to keep everyone going through the afternoon slump. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us well enough. The desks are usually covered in manifests and shipping orders, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paper. But we manage to find what we need eventually if we look hard enough. It is just a handful of us working here, trying to make sure everything gets where it is supposed to go without too much of a headache. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that, just our name on the door. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done.
