We've been at T C X South in Gandhidham for a while now. It’s a busy part of town. Most mornings start early because the sun gets so hot here in Kachchh by noon. You'll usually find us out at the sites, but the office at 9 Gandhidham is where we keep all the files and tools. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with some desks and a lot of dust from the road. We spend a lot of time talking to local guys who need things built or fixed. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get the paperwork done. The traffic around here can be a headache, especially near the main junctions, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. If someone stops by, they usually find us drinking chai and looking over some drawings. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. More buildings going up every month it seems. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us here, trying to get through the list of jobs we have lined up for the week. The walls in the office could probably use a new coat of paint, but there never seems to be enough time to get to it.
