Our workspace is located in the Golden Arcade, specifically units 105 and 106. We are right in Sector 8 of Gandhidham, which is a busy area for anyone involved with the sea and ships. Samudra Marine Services has been around for a while, and we mostly handle the technical and service side of the marine industry. It’s a lot of coordinating with engineers and ship owners. We don't have a big polished lobby or anything like that. Instead, our office is filled with technical manuals, charts, and a lot of logbooks. We spend our mornings checking on the status of various service jobs at the port. Kachchh is a major hub, so there is never a shortage of work to be done. Our team is made up of locals who know these waters and the docks inside out. We don't go for big marketing pushes; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and know how to get things fixed. Sometimes we have to go down to the docks ourselves when things get complicated. The office is our home base where we organize the logistics of it all. We drink a lot of chai and keep the fans running during the hot months. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to be useful to the ships coming into the harbor. We enjoy the work because every vessel brings a different challenge to solve.
