Our shop is right in the heart of Zaveri Bazar in Gandhidham. We actually have two units, Shop No 1 and 2, located at BBZ S-68 in Ward 12-A. If you walk through the market, you can't miss us. It is a lively area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. We’ve been here for years, selling gold and silver to families who have been coming to us for generations. It is a small space, usually quite crowded with people looking at bangles or necklaces. We don’t have those massive showrooms you see in the big cities. It’s more personal here. My father started this, and now we just keep it going the way he did. We sit behind the counter, drink tea with the customers, and talk about what they need for an upcoming wedding or a gift. The lighting inside is bright to show off the jewelry, but the rest of the shop is pretty simple. Sometimes the street outside is so loud with bikes and people that we have to shout to be heard, but that is just how the bazar is. We focus on traditional designs that the local people like. We don't do much advertising. Most of our customers come because their parents or neighbors told them about us. It is honest work. We weigh everything right in front of you and explain the making charges clearly. No hidden stuff. We just try to be fair.
