Our base of operations is at Officers Guest House No.-4 in Varsana. It’s out near Gandhidham in the Kutch district of Gujarat. It’s an interesting spot to work from, being part of the guest house area. We handle a lot of the local industrial needs around the port and the surrounding factories. Kutch is a unique place, very dry and dusty, but there's a lot of work if you're willing to do it. Our setup isn't very formal. We use the space we have to coordinate our teams and keep our records straight. Most of our guys are out at the sites near the port all day. We meet back here in the evenings to go over what happened and plan for tomorrow. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work under the Gujarat sun. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just the most reliable one for the people who hire us here. We’ve got a good group of workers who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We deal with whatever challenges the day throws at us, whether it's a broken machine or a late delivery. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been in Varsana for a while and we’ve grown to like the pace here. It suits the way we like to work. The environment is tough but rewarding.
