My office is located at Plot No. 394 in Sector-5 of Gandhidham. If you have ever been to Kutch, you know how the weather is. It’s either very hot or very dusty, and sometimes both at the same time. The building is a simple one, tucked away in the sector where things are a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. I spend most of my day sitting at a wooden desk that has seen better years. There are files stacked up and the phone rings more often than I’d sometimes like. It is just a one-man sort of operation mostly, or at least it feels that way with how much I have to keep track of. I don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. People usually come by because they were told where to find me. The walls are a bit faded and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. I usually have a newspaper on the side and a cup of tea that’s gone cold because I got distracted by work. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine. It’s just a workspace in Gandhidham where I handle my business affairs. I’ve been in this sector for a long time and I know most of the people walking past. It’s a quiet, steady life and I don't plan on changing much about how I run things around here.
