You’ll find us in Mundra, specifically at Shantivan Colony in Nanakapaya. The office is at B-4/5, and it’s where Mayank Tiwari and the rest of our team spend our time. Mundra is a busy place with a lot of industrial activity, but our little corner in the colony is relatively quiet. We’ve been set up here for several years now. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't see the point in spending money on fancy decor when we’re mostly busy with work anyway. The weather here in Kutch can be very hot and dusty, so we try to stay inside as much as possible during the day. Our work involves a lot of project coordination, which means we’re constantly on the phone or sending emails. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. We’re just a small group of people who know how to get the job done. We usually have our lunch together and talk about mundane things like the weather or local news. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have any promotional slogans or mission statements. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs to be done, and go home in the evening. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running things, and it’s worked for us so far. We’re just regular people doing a regular job in a busy part of Gujarat.
