Nirman

Nirman is located at 108 on the first floor of the Mani Complex. This is over at Plot No. 84, Sector 8 in Gandhidham-Kachchh. It’s a busy commercial area. Our office isn’t huge, but it has enough room for our desks and all the plans we have to look at. Gandhidham can get quite dusty and windy, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. We have a big window that lets in some light, which helps during the long afternoons. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come in, you just walk right up to where we are sitting. The Mani Complex has a lot of other offices, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. We’ve been in Sector 8 for a while now and we like the location. It’s close to everything we need. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish, and the building gets real quiet then. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We just go by the name Nirman and we do our work from this little spot on the first floor. It’s a practical place for practical people. No one here wears a tie unless they absolutely have to. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving along. That is pretty much how we operate every day.
