Nidhika Impex

Our place, Nidhika Impex, is located at Plot No. 66 in Sector 8 of Gandhidham. We are pretty close to the Town Hall and the Hotel City Star. It’s a busy part of Kutch, and there’s always something happening nearby. Being in a port city means we deal with a lot of movement. Goods coming in, goods going out. Our office is a simple room filled with stacks of paperwork and samples of the stuff we handle. It isn't very tidy, but we know where every document is hidden. The air in Gandhidham can be dusty, and the sun is often very strong, but we’ve grown used to it. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a small group of us handling the logistics and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at the computer checking schedules. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to stay late to sort it out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We like the energy of the market here. People drop by without calling first, and we usually have a chair and some water for them. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Dealing with international trade from a small office in Kutch has its own set of challenges, but we enjoy the work and the people we meet.
