Ojas Exports Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Murarka Towers in Sector No. 1a. Being up in a tower like this is a bit different from being on the ground floor, and we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator when we need to go down. Our office is mostly filled with cardboard boxes and a whole lot of paperwork because exporting things involves so many forms. It is not a very large space, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the rooms we have. You can usually find a few of us staring at computer screens or talking on the phone with people from different time zones. It gets a bit hectic when a big shipment is due to leave, and the coffee machine gets a lot of use during those times. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the samples get mixed up on the desks and we have to spend an hour sorting everything out again. Looking out the window at Sector No. 1a gives us a decent view of the area, though we are usually too busy to look out much. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes about shipping dates. It is a practical business run by people who just want to get the orders right and move on to the next one. We do our work and go home to our families.
